Before entering the narrow path down to the Abyss where the “Clyde-yuk” creature is said to lurk, young Juan Tamad III notice a strange scripture on the entrance. It says, “The heart of Adarna can only be satisfied by her fallen lover” upon reading the writings, Juan III quickly remembered the legend of Adarna and her lover Clyde. Now the young warrior know that the only way he can obtain the special bayabas is to slay this mythical beast and offer its heart to Adarna at the peak of Bundok Mahiwaga.
